Meagan Duffy, VMD
Dr. Meagan Duffy has cared for pets at Irondequoit Animal Hospital since 2004. Originally from Baltimore, MD, she attended Bryn Mawr College and graduated cum laude with her Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2000. Dr. Duffy went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris degree in 2004. Internal medicine and dermatology are among her many professional interests.
Dr. Duffy also completed the small business management certificate program at the Wharton Small Business Development Center. She is a board member and the social chairperson of the Genesee Valley Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Duffy and her husband, Zach, share their home with three dogs, Fergus, a Great Dane, Uillean, a Boston Terrier, and Pazo, a black lab. Outside the hospital, she enjoys exercising, both at the gym and outdoors, and can often be found on local trails hiking and biking. Dr. Duffy also enjoys reading and traveling.
