To the Staff at the Irondequoit Animal Hospital,

On behalf of my family, I want to thank all of you for your compassion and professionalism. The past month has certainly been trying. To loose a pet (and a family member) is a horrible time. Our dog Kada will always be missed but never forgotten.

It is easy to see how your staff could have been very distant of feelings to avoid any association of feelings, however this never happened. From every phone call to every warm smile you have made this event more painless than it could have been.

I want to give an extra thank you to Dr. Grzankowski. Her compassion for us will never be forgotten. When the time comes to have a pet again, you are the only place I will go.
